This function searches for courses and creates a report based on the designated search criteria. Designator searches through course designators, title searches through the title, team searches for courses under a specified team, and course searches for an exact match to the designator entered.

Clicking on a course will bring you to the course details page.

The user log displays all of the important actions that each user has performed. This report is for admins to keep track of who is staying active.

Clicking the "Delete ALL entries for..." button will clear the user log for the user you are viewing. This operation cannot be undone.

Clicking the "Delete OLD entries for..." button will clear the user log entries that are over one month old. This operation cannot be undone.

This function creates a report by searching through classes by title, designator, meeting, status, or current final decision, and displays the information as requested by the user.

Clicking on a course will bring you to the course details page.

This report shows all of the different courses that have been archived. No more comments can be made and no more votes can be cast for these courses. Their final decision has been made. Clicking on a course will let you look at the course details only.

This is where admin users can make the final decision on a particular course.

After selecting a course, admins can view all of the votes of the CLE members before having the final say on a course.

Once a final decision on a course has been made, the course is archived and no more comments or votes can be made.

This is where meetings are managed in the database.

Once a meeting has been created, courses can be assigned to be reviewed on that date under Manage Courses.

Course ID - Identifier for the course. Ex: PHYS 1302W
Course Title - Title of the course. Ex: Phys for Sci and Engr II
ECAS Link - Full HTML link to this course on the ECAS System.
Status - Status of the course. "Unreviewed": course is in the system but not assigned to a meeting. "Reviewing": Reviewing courses must be assigned to a meeting to be officially reviewed at. "Closed": Closed courses have been givin a final decision, and are now archived.
Meeting - Date that course will be reviewed by committee. Add new meeting dates under Manage Meetings.
Team - Which of the four CLE teams will be responsible for reviewing this course.
Requirements - Course requirements that are under review.
Supplemental Materials - Upload any additional files that are associated with this course.

Replicating a course will make a copy in the database that can be independently adjusted from the original. Use this feature when a new version of a course needs to be created with different proposed requirements.

Manage users is where users are given access to the CLE system. Users are divided into 4 teams to split up the course reviewing load.

Admin users have access to everything in the CLE site. CLE users are only able to review the course requirements, comment on a course, and vote their decision for the course. They do not have access to any of the administration features of the site.

Deleting a user cannot be undone.
