Manage users is where users are given access to the CLE system. Users are divided into 4 teams to split up the course reviewing load.
Admin users have access to everything in the CLE site. CLE users are only able to review the course requirements, comment on a course, and vote their decision for the course. They do not have access to any of the administration features of the site.
Deleting a user cannot be undone.
