Manage courses

This is where courses are managed in the database.

Course ID - Identifier for the course. Ex: PHYS 1302W
Course Title - Title of the course. Ex: Phys for Sci and Engr II
ECAS Link - Full HTML link to this course on the ECAS System.
Status - Status of the course. "Unreviewed": course is in the system but not assigned to a meeting. "Reviewing": Reviewing courses must be assigned to a meeting to be officially reviewed at. "Closed": Closed courses have been givin a final decision, and are now archived.
Meeting - Date that course will be reviewed by committee. Add new meeting dates under Manage Meetings.
Team - Which of the four CLE teams will be responsible for reviewing this course.
Requirements - Course requirements that are under review.
Supplemental Materials - Upload any additional files that are associated with this course.

Replicating a course will make a copy in the database that can be independently adjusted from the original. Use this feature when a new version of a course needs to be created with different proposed requirements.
